The Story Behind Morgan & Morgan
John Morgan’s passion for personal injury law was sparked by a personal tragedy. When John was a young man, his brother Tim suffered a spinal cord injury while working as a lifeguard. Unprepared and inexperienced in legal matters, the family struggled as insurance companies refused to pay for Tim's ongoing medical care.
Witnessing his brother’s treatment inspired John to dedicate his life to legal advocacy. He pledged that no family should ever feel helpless when facing powerful insurance companies.
